This coast has therefore played a part in the development of belief in deep time involving hundreds of millions of years of evolutionary change. This stretch of coast is now interpreted by secular geologists to cover a major part of Earth history\u2014from the Permian, through the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous periods, to the present day. <strong>But what if secular geology is wrong?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this book, Andrew Sibley highlights the massive amount of evidence from the Jurassic Coast that points to the rapid burial of fossils under flood conditions, which is consistent with the Bible\u2019s account of the Earth-destroying cataclysm.
